Account Deletion Policy for Mano Star App
At Mano Star, we respect your privacy and data control. This policy outlines how users can delete their accounts and the associated data.
1. Eligibility for Account Deletion
Any registered user of the Mano Star App can request account deletion at any time. Deleting your account is a permanent action that removes your profile, content, and associated data from our platform.
2. Steps to Delete Your Account
In-App Account Deletion
Open the Mano Star App on your device.
Navigate to Menu>
Select Delete Account.
Follow the prompts to confirm your decision.
You may be required to enter your password or verify your identity.
Confirm the deletion by selecting Yes, Delete My Account.
Request via Email
If you encounter any issues with in-app deletion, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

Include your username, registered email, and a statement confirming your decision to delete the account.
3. What Happens After Account Deletion
Immediate Actions:
Your account will be deactivated immediately.
Access to the Mano Star App will be revoked.
Data Removal:
All personal data, including your profile, Bookings, and preferences, will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.
Certain data (e.g., transaction records) may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes for a limited time.
Third-Party Integrations:
Data shared with third-party services through integrations may still exist. You must contact those services directly for deletion.
4. Reactivation and Recovery
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be reactivated or recovered. If you wish to use Mano Star again, you will need to create a new account.
5. Important Considerations
Ensure you download or back up any content you wish to retain before deleting your account.
Pending transactions or ongoing disputes will need resolution before initiating deletion.
Deletion requests from minors or dependent accounts require parental or guardian approval.
